Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in an EU Language course. Here’s our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for both parties.

Cancellation Periods:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of registering for a course (excluding weekends and holidays).
• No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course begins.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing by sending an email to eulanguagehelp@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation of Enrollment – [Your Name]”. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.

Additional Information:

• This cancellation policy applies to all EU Language online courses.
• In exceptional circumstances, EU Language may offer exceptions to this cancellation policy at its sole discretion.
