We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our language courses, starting from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course content or experience within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process:

- Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Once your request is received and validated, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Exceptions:
Please note that certain conditions may apply to the refund policy:
- Refunds are only applicable to the purchase price of the course and do not include any additional fees or charges.
- Refunds will not be granted if the 7-day refund period has expired.
- Courses that have been partially completed or accessed beyond the refund period are not eligible for a refund.
